About Me
As per updating this page, I have been accepted as a Cultural Representative of Indonesia for Walt Disney World. I will be working in Orlando, Florida starting May 2015. I can't be more excited about this and will try my best to write about the adventures here on the blog.As for this blog, honestly I have a very vague memory about why I chose to name this blog the way it is. It has something to do with combining French's word for life and Portuguese's / Italian word for joy / cheerfulness respectively I guess.
Writing has always been somewhat my sanctuary. The older I grow, I realize the less stories I could tell people verbally, while actually the need to express thoughts, ideas, complaints, and reflections stay as big as before if not even bigger. On those times, I'll take a pen (or a computer keyboard on this matter) and jolt things down on the blog. Sometimes I wonder if actually I've been abusing this blog and its reader, if they are out there, with the mess in my head.
Generally you'll find writings based on observations, things I experienced, things I would love to experience and some idealist, somehow selfish thoughts poured in a long narrative sentences spread all over the blog. I do enjoy responding to other thoughts too, so drop me your hellos, ideas, provoking thoughts, disagreement, opinion and anything constructive to reylasano@gmail.com
